Where is the desired location for the bouncy house setup? If not enough space for safety fencing and other soft play toys, without fencing more parental monitoring is needed.

Is there a GFI electrical outlet within 20 feet of the setup?

Yes

No. We require homeowner/event space owner to provide undamaged additional extension cords in working order to operate the bouncy houses.

If this is an outdoor party is the ground even and clear of animal waste?

Yes

No. This will result in a party delay until area is suitable.

We do not claim to be allergy free for any of our Fab Party Toys. Do any of the children attending have fabric or plastic allergies?

Yes

For outdoor parties is there a contingency location in case of weather related issues? Yes or No. If Yes, Please give address.
This should be planned before the party. Fab Parties does not issue refunds for surprise weather issues or poor planning.

Home or venue owner assumes all liability for children and equipment after set up. Fab parties employees to not stay during the party after setup. Damaged items will result in additional charges.
Children must be kept away from equipment until setup is complete.
